Unsupervised VDA-Compliant Test Stand

Our long term partner Hanon Systems was developing mechanical and electric compressors for R744 refrigeration systems. Their existing test stands were manually operated, requiring significant technician oversight and leading to high workload and inefficiencies. To streamline the process, they needed a fully automated solution capable of executing all VDA-specified test cases – without direct supervision.

Synchrotek developed a comprehensive control system that automated the entire test process for compressor QA testing. The system was designed to:
