Manual Testing & Quality Assurance

Turn complex and demanding testing tasks that require manual interaction and expertise into your strategic advantage. After years of testing, depending on software complexity, there is always a small number of test procedures that are easier and less expensive to conduct with human interaction, and we have the right expertise and solutions for them.
Let’s talk

Our Activities

Manual Testing of the OEM Prototypes

Software systems designed primarily for interaction with humans (HID units) are sometimes difficult to test in an end-to-end environment by merely mimicking human behavior. Human interactions (wireless/wired connect/disconnect, touch sensitivity, visual detection, speech interaction, etc.) can, in some situations, be difficult to automate.

Complex Analysis of Multi-Log Traces

Complex system analysis based on log traces can go beyond the capabilities of test automation. In such situations, trained experts perform advanced pattern recognition using pre-processed traces and verify the behavior of the target system under test.

Testbench Remote Operating & Maintenance

More than once, we have been in situations where the testbench had to be fixed and maintained. There are critical operations that must be performed manually, such as wiring, debugging, firmware updates, ECU unit debricking, etc.

Defect Management

Good defect management reduces bug-fixing time and increases the response time to critical bugs, which directly adds value to the project and improves customer satisfaction.

Proof-of-Concept Testing

PoC projects are most often designed and executed without formal processes, under strong time and cost constraints, which usually exclude bulky and complex test automation approaches. In such cases, simple manual testing can be used to validate the PoC.

Test Reporting & Visualization

We execute tests systematically, validate results, and deliver clear, actionable reports.Transparent reporting supports better decision-making throughout the development process.

Why Clients Choose Us

For over 10 years, we have conducted testing and QA activities on various projects. We have consistently contributed to product quality under both strict and flexible requirements, working with different types of testbenches.

We offer collaboration per FTE or in dedicated teams, with flexible execution of QA processes using different access policies: the testbench is located at the client’s site with a resident engineer, the testbench is set up at our premises, or the testbench is remotely accessible.

One of our company’s goals is to preserve testing know-how and to stimulate internal training, which allows us to quickly adapt to new challenges and ramp up teams.

We align with industry standards applicable to quality assurance, such as Automotive-SPICE and ISO 9001. Our team ensures that your software meets functional safety, reliability, and quality requirements according to the specified requirements.

Clear, open communication is the foundation of successful collaboration. Our engineers actively engage in technical discussions, clarify assumptions, and work closely with you to align implementation decisions with business goals.

We go beyond the task list. We identify risks early, propose optimizations, and challenge assumptions to deliver better outcomes for our clients. We don’t wait for problems to surface; we prevent them.

FAQ

Yes. We have experience testing highly complex products in their final stages to verify completeness of full functionality. We also have experience with end-to-end testing in automotive vehicle prototypes.
Yes, we have experience testing audio and visual human–machine interfaces in compliance with the highest quality requirements.
Yes, we often contribute to, customize, and develop parts of testing frameworks that are project-related.
Yes. We document test plans, test specifications, design decisions, test versions, and integration steps to ensure full reproducibility and traceability. This discipline is essential for audits, safety standards, and long-term system evolution.
Yes. We have extensive experience in multi-vendor environments, working on projects where multiple teams from different companies had to align. We act as a technical bridge, coordinate interfaces, and reduce friction to keep development on track.
Yes. We maintain stability while adapting systems for new features, component changes, or minor series variations – keeping control systems robust as they evolve.
