Our long time partner Hanon Systems required a prototype control unit for an expansion valve in a refrigeration system – but with an urgent timeline. The project demanded a functional prototype within just six weeks and the ability to scale to a pilot series production of 500 units if successful.

Leveraging our uVOS RTOS platform, Synchrotek rapidly designed, developed, and tested the expansion valve control unit to ensure precise and efficient operation. Despite the challenging timeline, our engineering team delivered the first working prototype ahead of schedule.

After successful validation, we ramped up production and delivered 500 units for the pilot prototype series – on time and with zero failures.
